Integrity Financial Group, Commercial Lending Services is a nationwide commercial real estate lender.  Integrity Financial Group strives to offer unique products designed to meet the needs of non-conforming borrowers in both our residential and commercial divisions.  The commercial division originates real estate loans designed for the borrower and real estate investor whose needs are not always met by more traditional lending methods. 

Our main niche product is Stated Income and Stated Asset, for small commercial real estate.  Created for the non-conforming borrower or investor and/or non-conforming property type.  The program caters to borrowers who have less than perfect credit or may have a unique property.  The program also fits the investor or self-employed individual who is looking to refinance or purchase business and/or investment real estate.  Borrowers who are refinancing and seeking cash-out will find this program suits them well.  Less documentation means less loan processing time which allows for a quicker use of cash proceeds.

Our second niche product, for small commercial real estate, is designed for borrowers with strong credit.  The full documentation program has a 'Residential Loan Feel' from the initial underwriting process through to closing.  The underwriting is comparable to a residential loan where the emphasis is on the borrowers credit and personal financial strength rather than the property debt service.  The program offers more flexible terms and a quicker loan processing time than can be found in the small commercial arena from more traditional lenders.
