Our simple 3 step pre-approval process.

Pre-Approvals issued within 24-48 hours

with the following items:

1. Integrity Stated Loan Request
2. Complete Loan Application (1003)
3. Recent tri-merged credit          (within 30 days)

     For Pre-approval* please submit the following:

1. Integrity Full Doc Loan Request
2. 1003 loan application
3. Loan Application Supplement
4. Recent tri-merged credit (within 30 days)

     For full doc loan requests over $1,000,000 please submit the

     following items, in addition to the above:

• Color Photos of the subject property (inside and outside)

• Current rent roll and leases

• Tax Returns - Historical Financials (last two years business and personal).  Please also include  two years and year-to-date profit and loss statements with (for owner occupied properties only) a current balance sheet.

• Purchase contract (if applicable)

• Copy of site plan

• Copies of any previous appraisal(s)

• Other:  any other information you think would be helpful in the analysis of the request.

*Pre-Approval time varies depending on the request from 4-7 business days upon receipt of the above items.
